One of the crucial elements for the success of any network is “quality feedback”. No network can substantially grow if the members follow the principle: I am good – you are good – we are good. A network has to be like a family where the members share, care, love, and at the same time give honest feedback, argue, and even challenge. Otherwise, it will be like “kupa manduka”, the frog in the well that imagines his well to be the whole world.
